Ric Thompson (owner) is a Certified Level 1 CrossFit Trainer, Certified Pose Running Trainer and has been certified in CrossFit Running, Mobility and CrossFit Kids. A graduate of the US Naval Academy, Ric has been in the Marines for over 24 years serving in both Active and Reserve forces. Ric was exposed to CrossFit by some friends in the Marine Corps and has never looked back. He and his wife Jen started CrossFit PTC with their 5 kids in March of 2008 initially training in their garage.
“This program challenges and changes your definition of fitness. I thought I was fit, from all the things that I did in and out of the Marines, but I wasn’t CrossFit. CrossFit has changed my life”.

Logan entered the Crossfit cult in 2008 after 20 odd years of training in globo gyms. Logan is a CrossFit Trainer with multiple qualifications and a long background in martial arts. He studied Aikido for 11 years and Judo for 6 years and is a Shodan in both disciplines. An avid sports fan (Go Dawgs!), Logan also enjoys playing touch football, volleyball and letting his wife beat him at tennis.

aka Aaron C., is a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer at CrossFit Peachtree City.
He first started Crossfitting in 2006 after being turned on to it by a good friend who was in the Army. Aaron served 3 years in the Army with the 82nd Airborne Division as a Combat Engineer. Ever since his service with the 82nd Aaron has always found himself active. He has always enjoyed such activities as running, swimming, mountain biking and even a small stint as an amateur boxer. When Aaron found CrossFit he knew he had found the best of the best and most elite way to keep strong in both mind and body. Other hobbies of Aaron’s are buying more Crossfit t-shirts and spending time with his family. Aaron is married with two young boys and is employed at Piedmont Fayette Hospital as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.

Shelena (Shel) Hoberg.
Shel was introduced to CrossFit by her husband (Logan Barrett) early in 2009. The CF bug got under her skin, and she became CF Level 1 certified in May 2010. With a long career in Veterinary health and wellness including equine and canine sports rehabilitation, the “all-round” CF methodology suited Shel’s vision of the perfect workout regime. “It’s tough,always….but SOOO rewarding and the results are astounding” Shel says of CrossFitting.
