Nice Work 7 and 8 am class on this Hero WOD! Gigi – you were a trooper with that 14# ball! It sure is harder for those of you with shorter arms!

The 5:30 am class did an awesome job this morning doing the WOD. Now we all know we can run holding 16# and 20# balls!
